Biometric Health Screenings:  Know Your Numbers!

Benjamin Franklin said, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” Preventive medicine is the best way to keep your employees healthy and productive, however too often, it is too difficult, and time consuming for employees to leave work and see their physician to have their biometrics, blood pressure, or cholesterol checked. Biometric health screenings are offered to provide a general health check for the purpose of assessing key indicators of significant risk factors. Screenings are non-invasive, non-intimidating, confidential, and convenient for both the employer and employee. Receive one-on-one coaching from a team of healthcare professionals along with an individual report that provides extensive education on what those numbers mean! You’ll receive an aggregate cost analysis report to guide you as you determine next steps with your wellness initiatives.

Tobacco Cessation

When it comes to quitting tobacco, you have options. We’ll help you find the most appropriate method and understand the importance of seeking support. Whether you are looking to have our team administer tobacco verification testing or our tobacco cessation program, we can work with you to determine the right fit! Our four-week program provides individuals the tools and resources needed to set a quit date and stay quit!  From vaping, cigarettes or chew less tobacco, our program specializes in providing your employees with the support and resources towards being tobacco free.
